About the product

Denim coveralls from the 1940s are reproduced in a fresh striped shirt fabric.
The warp is made of cotton and the weft of cotton and linen are alternately beaten into the fabric, which has a supple sheen due to the silky finish, but also retains a little roughness by further product washing. The asymmetrical arrangement and size of the patch pockets are exquisitely balanced.

Buyer's note
Cotton linen is a hard fabric to find. That's why we made it. Not a mixed yarn, but a fabric made by beating linen and cotton warps and wefts into each other, which has both the softness of cotton and the bounciness of linen, making it the perfect texture for spring and summer. The stripes are also blue and white, giving a somewhat French impression.
