I personally love the sandals I have been using for 3 years so much that I stocked them at keylime Tokyo.
They are my first pair of MBTs, and I have worn them on summer business trips all over Japan as well as in my neighborhood.
I'm not sure how well they work, but I sometimes get a cramp in my arch when I wear them, so I'm sure they are stimulating muscles I don't normally use.
