This shirt jacket is made of Dhal's original material, which is slowly woven from hand-spun, thick silk yarns in four colors.
The open collar and flap pockets give it the feel of a work shirt, but with an elegant finish.
Unlike the image of 100% silk, this jacket has no luster and is rustic, giving the impression of old clothes, but it has a mysterious atmosphere with the softness and lightness peculiar to silk. Silk's characteristics such as warmth retention, moisture retention, and breathability are high, and since it also prevents static electricity, it is comfortable even in dry seasons.
The checkered pattern, which at first glance seems gaudy, picks up the colors used in denim and chinos, so it can actually be called a versatile jacket that can be matched with any item.
Since it is hand washable, we are looking forward to seeing how it will change over time after lots of wear and lots of washing.

Silk work shirt. A combination of two words that are at odds with each other, but with Dhal, it works. I have the impression that they did a good job of making such an amazing material. This shirt looks rough, but is of high quality, and yet it is a shirt that walks a fine line between being casual and being useful.
