About the product

Anonymous is a project helmed by Junpei Seki, owner of keylime Tokyo. While collaborating with various brands and designers on product development, the items are sold anonymously, without revealing who they were created with. BG-03 is a leather tote bag designed around the concept of a "tote bag you'll want to use every day." Made using Japanese black cattle steerhide chrome-tanned at a domestic tannery, the leather is characterized by a supple elasticity and a soft, pleasant texture despite its firm structure. The surface features a natural grain from a shrinking process, resulting in a finish that can be used casually on a daily basis. The vertically elongated form is sized perfectly for storing a laptop or documents, and it features two interior pockets of different sizes. It comes with two straps of varying lengths, allowing for 3-way use: as a handbag, or carried over the shoulder with either the short or long strap.

Buyer’s note
It was 2020 when I first decided to remake a canvas tote bag I had originally planned for my own personal use into a leather version. I still think it's great, so I decided to craft it again after all this time. I hope this becomes the kind of bag you can use casually and effortlessly every day, one that also satisfies your desire for ownership with its sense of luxury.
