About the product

These baker pants are made from CIOTA's original fabric, which combines the suppleness of Suvin cotton with the moisture-wicking and quick-drying properties of polyester. They feature a baggy silhouette for a relaxed and comfortable fit, and are also resistant to losing their shape. The thin, quick-drying material makes them a suitable full-length pant for hot and humid Japanese summers. While CIOTA is renowned for its denim, their baker pants have been a staple since the brand's inception, with new shapes and materials released each season, making them one of the brand's signature items. We wanted to offer these baker pants in a lighter material, and I believe this piece is filled with a unique charm not found in vintage wear. These baker pants are perfect for the hot and humid Japanese climate. I think this truly represents a modern interpretation of military wear that prioritizes functionality.
