New Arrival from 1027 Wool Cut & Sew Series

This is Kubo from keylime Tokyo.



In today's Journal, I would like to introduce the new cut-and-sew items that have arrived from 1027, Dhal's cut-and-sew line.



Their arrival was slightly delayed from the original schedule.

While some of you might wonder about cut-and-sew items at this time of year, this 1027 release features their first-ever wool fabric.

They are perfect as inner layers to prepare for the coming cold.



Here at keylime Tokyo, we have ordered three different styles.

I will introduce each of them, so please take a look.

First, let's talk about the material.

This season's 1027 material uses 100% Super 120's fine-count wool yarn.

It is characterized by its extremely fine fibers, smooth texture, and non-scratchy feel.

It is lightweight, gentle on the skin, and reliably provides wool's characteristic heat retention, quick-drying, and antibacterial/odor-resistant properties, making it a highly functional cut-and-sew item that can be used year-round.



The colors are three subdued shades: Charcoal, Brown, and Navy.

While these dark tones are easy to incorporate into styling, the use of top-dyed yarn, which has natural color variations, gives the colors depth. This non-monotonous color palette feels very characteristic of 1027.



At keylime Tokyo, we have ordered three styles: a short-sleeve with a pocket, a long-sleeve, and a long-sleeve polo shirt.

Super 120’s TOP Wool Jersey Short Sleeve

Color: Charcoal

This is the short-sleeve cut-and-sew with a pocket.

The sleeve length is set slightly longer, striking an elegant balance that suppresses the typical casualness of a T-shirt.

The ribbing is neither too thick nor too thin, giving it a subtle presence that blends well with any style.

A small pocket, placed slightly lower, adds a small accent to the simple design.

The short-sleeve cut-and-sew is available only in Charcoal.

This is the long-sleeve cut-and-sew with a pocket.

Because it uses fine-count wool yarn, it is surprisingly light and feels soft against the skin.

While the term "cut-and-sew" might make some people feel it's not substantial enough, this item has excellent heat retention and will serve you well as an inner layer for the coming season.

It has the luster and refinement of a high-gauge knit, combined with the easy care typical of a cut-and-sew.

It gently maintains a comfortable temperature when worn, making it a versatile piece from the change of seasons through mid-winter.

This long-sleeve cut-and-sew is available in two colors: Charcoal and Brown.

And the most distinctive of the three styles is this long-sleeve polo shirt, a first-ever release for the brand.

While sporty, the collar gives it a sharp look, making it a versatile piece that can be worn both on and off duty.

It is designed without ribbed cuffs, ensuring a clean appearance even when layered under outerwear, making it a new proposal for an inner layer.

Long-sleeve polos, depending on the color, can sometimes give off an "old-man vibe," but the texture of this cut-and-sew fabric softens that impression.

This is a piece I encourage those in their 30s, who may have shied away from long-sleeve polos before, to try.

We offer this style in all three colors.



I am wearing a size 2 in all photos (Height 178cm, Weight 63kg).
