Superstitch MFG's first trunk show in Japan will take place next weekend at keylime Tokyo on 16 (Sat) and 17 (Sun) March.

The denim is homage to American vintage and made in Japan with a Parisian essence.

Available only at the his shop in the 6th arrondissement of Paris and at keylime Tokyo for now.

To coincide with the arrival of the first model, the LR01, Owner Arthur Leclercq brought it himself (in a special attaché case!).

His beloved sewing machine will be set up at keylime Tokyo.

That is the Union Special 43200G sewing machine.

This beautiful sewing machine is made just for hemming and produces a twitching bite (also known as a roping effect) on the hem.

Hemming with this sewing machine is not uncommon in Japan, but the great thing about Arthur is that he maintains and uses this sewing machine himself.

However, Arthur repairs and uses not only the Union Special 43200G but also all the sewing machines in his studio.

He cleans all the sewing machines at the end of each working day before returning home, and his "love of denim", which includes even the sewing machines, is probably the best in the world.

In fact, there is an anecdote that when the sewing factory people from Okayama visited the atelier in the 6th arrondissement of Paris in January this year, they were surprised and impressed by the beautiful condition of all the sewing machines in the row.

During the two days of the event, the Union Special 43200G will be used to hem your LR01 on the spot.

This time on sale is a straight button-fly model, the LR01 in one wash.

When worn in, they have a vintage look and feel like this.
